Letting Go Of Preconceptions
Today I will live life without a script. I will sink back into the moment and let it be. I will allow my own spontaneity to emerge and enable me to participate in situations in ways that are appropriate and allow for my own aliveness. When I do not presuppose each event that I walk into, life becomes endlessly new. I have let myself become hypnotized by ideas of who I should be, what life should be and what those around me should be. This kind of habitual thinking does not allow me to see life as more than the sum of my thoughts about life. Today I am willing to enter experience in a new way – I let go of my preconceived ideas and see life through childlike eyes.
I see life in a new way.
The courage not to believe in anything.
