Inner Peace

Inner Peace

Today I will allow my mind to connect with the mind of a Higher Power. The best things in life are free. I have the same access to a universal mind that anyone does. I will create quiet time in my day. I see that my
mind can live where it chooses to live, that hanging on is not the answer, that letting go is. My mind can travel-it is not bound to the confines of my body. Just as water seeks its own level if it is undisturbed, so my mind will become quiet if I stop agitating it or allowing every little thing to throw me. I am the keeper of my own peace and today I recognize the influence I have over myself.
I can create inner change.
Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.
