There is a medicine chest inside me and I want to let it help me heal. Nature has designed me to heal. If I cut myself, nature knits my skin back together so well that I hardly know I was injured. If I break a bone, nature along with rest and quiet gives it back to me.If I get a disease, my own body tries to fight it off and bring me back into health and balance. Natural healing forces are built into me. Today, I will ask my own body to heal itself, I will rest in quiet meditation and invite the healing forces in my body to come to life.
