Positive Thoughts
The thoughts that I think, affect my body. Scientific research shows that the kinds of thoughts I think affect the way that I feel. Stressful thoughts release stress chemicals into my body that make me feel jumpy and intense. Stress chemicals, like cortisol and adrenaline also have negative impact on my health. On the other hand, when I think positive, upbeat thoughts, my body actually releases the kinds of chemicals that make me feel good and enhance my health and well being. This new research shows me that there is something I can do right here and now in order to feel better. I can be aware of the thoughts I’m thinking and guide them toward a positive place.
