Being Here, Now

Being Here, Now

I will live the life that I have in front of me today. I get so caught up in what I would like to be, I forget to be what I am. I believe today that there is a plan for me and that my life is unfolding as it is meant to. I remove my energy from myself and my own life when I suspend it in waiting for my real life to finally happen. My real life is happening today. It does not require waiting, organizing or planning. I just need to step into it. If the doors I am beating against are not opening, perhaps there is a good reason for that. Why don’t I enjoy strolling through the many doors that are already open to me? My life is here and now, not if and when. It feels good to live in the present.
I will show up for my life today.
You don’t get to choose how you’re going to die. Or when. You can only decide how you’re going to live. Now
