Empowering My Own Day

Empowering My Own Day

There are no victims, only volunteers. If there is something I don’t like  in the way things are going for me, I will see what subtle but significant changes I can make.
I can change the subject if someone goes on and on about things that I don’t want to talk about.
I can quietly remove myself from a situation that’s triggering me.
I can change my routines if I am getting bored or depressed with the way things are, I can change the way I get to where I am going.
I can set boundaries with my time if I am feeling over scheduled.
I can get 20 minutes of daily quiet to nourish my spirit.
