Feeling Good


Today I will let myself feel good, knowing that that is the way toward increasing good entering my day. My state of mind and mood are my responsibility. I can ask my self to breathe out the negativity and anxiety that are in me and breathe in peace and serenity. My breath connects my body with my spirit. Through breathing easily and deeply, I invite spirit in. This is a simple form of meditation that I can do when I am sitting still, lying down or walking quietly. I can let my mood lighten as I repeat this gentle process over and over again until I experience a subtle shift. Meditating in this way is accessible and easy. It gives me a way of calming my mind and body and restoring good feeling whenever I want to.
I make this simple breathing meditation a part of my daily life
 It’s really important that you feel good, because this feeling good is what sends out a signal to the universe and starts to attract more of itself onto you. So the more you can feel good, the more you will attract the things that help you feel good and are able to keep bringing you up higher and higher.
