Feelings Journal

Feelings Journal

I will journal whenever I feel the need to in order to work out my powerful feelings and thoughts. If I can work through my thoughts and feelings through writing them out, I can get the ones that create problems for  me out of our way. When I write things out, I get a kind of clarity about what’s going on with me. It is such a simple solution, so available and immediate. I need a place to pour out my private thoughts, my innermost self. When I journal today, I will simply put my pen on the paper and free write. I will let my thoughts and emotions flow freely onto the paper without any thought or editing. I will let the contents of my mind and heart spill all over the page. Later, I will notice how I have made sense of what’s inside me. How my thoughts and feelings have become more integrated.
I put pen to paper and let my inner world flow
The reason for evil in the world is that people are not able to tell their stories.
