Love the Moment

Love the Moment

When I resist the moment, the here and now, I disconnect myself from the source of all life and energy. When I embrace the moment, I am part of its creative power, I join in its transformation into the next moment and the next and the next. I enter the now. When I love just where I am, I imbue it with a kind of magic, I see in it, a certain perfection. Then I release it so something else can follow.
When I live in the past or in the future I live in my head, I am not in my own skin. When I’m able to be in the moment, my life feels somehow more grounded and manageable, I realize that I can only do something about where I am right now. I become available for the aliveness, spontaneity and spirituality of the here and now.
I love where I am
” Love the moment, and the energy of that moment will spread beyond all boundaries.”
