Prioritizing
I’m going to make certain that I get the down time to reflect and recover. Recovery can be exhausting, the emotional work I am doing is just that, work, and I need to allow myself extra rest and quiet in order to process all that I am going through. When I’m rested the extra the events of my life go more smoothly. If I get enough rest and down time, I’ll be less edgy and when the little things go wrong that inevitably go wrong throughout my day, I’ll have an easier time letting them roll off my back.
Prioritizing around the holidays is critical to my enjoyment of them
Worry gives a small thing a big shadow.
