Self-Knowledge

Self-Knowledge

Today I know that I understand others to the degree that I understand myself. It is through my search for self-knowledge that I learn what I need to know to get along with another person. It is through looking inward that I come to perceive what is around me. My quiet observation and willingness to look at myself through clear and impartial eyes create a window through which I can see both inside and outside. The person I need to understand is me. I am sort of a blueprint for all people, and when I am willing to know who I am, I also have a chance of knowing who other people are.
I will look inside.
Know thyself.
